Dear Amanda,
You continue to wow me with every event you do! On a personal level, I want you to know that the food for Emilie's Bat Mitzvah is still getting rave reviews from our family and friends! The food was absolutely fabulous and the presentation magnificent. I love the menu that you developed and your stellar attention to dietary restrictions and upscale ingredients! The service was extraordinary, all the servers and crew were professional, well dressed, polite, hard working and everything was fresh, hot and on time.
Professionally speaking, you are a joy to work with. Your meticulous attention to detail and to budget means that I don't have to worry about anything when you cater one of our events. Oh, and did I mention how delicious your food is?
I am thrilled to have you in my repertoire of exemplary vendors!
My best,
Mimi

"We have utilized Amanda’s Kitchen for catering many of our large group events, including Rosh Hashanah luncheons and Passover seders for our senior clients (a population that tends to be quite particular about the quality of their food as well as very open in sharing their opinions about their meal!). She is top-notch! The food is consistently scrumptious, earning compliments from everyone who attends and requests for recipes. Equally important, working with Amanda is a breeze. She is timely, responsible, and flexible, which makes for truly stress-free event planning for us."

Dear Amanda,
I wanted to say thank you for the outstanding job you did at our son’s Bar Mitzvah. The food was just wonderful. We had so many complements. One guest said it was “the best food he’d ever eaten at a Bar Mitzvah.” I know that several of our friends have already contacted you regarding their upcoming events.
The frittata, couscous, and borekas were big hits! We are saving a few of the absolutely delectable chocolate/chocolate chip cookies in our freezer and we are not sharing them with anyone.
I knew that you had a wonderful reputation as a caterer. But the fact that you pulled it off under challenging circumstances is even more commendable. You prepared the entire dinner for 195 people in our synagogue’s kitchen. This was an unfamiliar kitchen for you. It is also not exactly professionally equipped. We have no house caterer and all of the other kosher caterers who use our synagogue prepare the food in their own commercial kitchens and then bring it in.
You said you were up for the challenge and you were not kidding. Your staff was very professional. You were a pleasure to work with. Your ideas for how to set up the social hall worked splendidly. You came up with very practical solutions to any issue that arose. You had no problem accommodating food allergy requirements. The staff and clergy at the synagogue have much praise for you.
Last but not least – you were a lot of fun to work with!

"I want to thank you for the beautiful job you did for the kiddush for Rachel's bat mitzvah. Everything was delicious and looked beautiful, and lots of guests mentioned that to me. I especially like the pizza bourekas and the great variety of desserts...they were really different. It was a pleasure working with you and I will definitely think of you for any similar events in the future."
